One Year - Little Explorers

My name is Ms. Jenifer and I am the lead teacher of the Little Explorers Toddler Classroom. I have been with Martin Luther Child Development since February of 2015 and I love my job. I thoroughly enjoy watching the kids learn new things as well as expanding on their own personal interests.

I am a mother of five children and before I started working at Martin Luther I spent 15 years working with the developmentally disabled.

We welcome your one year old to the fun, bright and stimulating Little Explorers classroom, located in the middle of our building, just past the infant rooms. The Little Explorers classroom features many different learning centers including our large, climb-on forest play set, many soft play areas and a large, socialized eating area. The curriculum for the one year old room encourages plenty of fun and play as well as coloring, sign language and many other activities centered upon building social, cognitive and fine motor skills.
