Meet the Office Staff

Jennifer Webb
Administrator/Center Director

I have worked in the Early Childhood field for over sixteen years with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood. I have been privileged over these years to work closely with children and their families. I have been able to help provide a safe, caring and educational environment for parents to leave their children while they go to work. I have also been fortunate over the year in their field to work with children of all ages. I look forward to working with you and your children to help them learn the skills they will need to be successful in the years to come. In my spare time I enjoy doing lots of things. I like to read mystery and write children stories. I also enjoy doing counted cross stitch and scrap booking. Another thing I like to do in my spare time is being with my family.

Laura Friedman
Assistant Director

My name is Laura Friedman and I am the Assistant Director. I grew up in the Chicagoland area. I live here in Stoughton and have lived in the Madison area off and on, since 1998. I have two children who attend Fox Prairie Elementary School. My oldest is a 4th grader and the other is in 2nd grade. I'm very excited to get to know all the families, here at Martin Luther Child Development Center. I attended Edgewood College and majored in Early Childhood Education-Exceptional Educational Needs. I earned my Bachelor's Degree from Northeastern Illinois University. My background has mostly been working with students in Special Education, of various ages and needs. I previously worked with low income families as a teacher in Early Head Start, as well as Head Start. Please feel free to stop by anytime with any questions or concerns you may have. I feel honored to be included in the Martin Luther school family and look forward to having a great year, full of learning, growing and playing!

Carly Schleif
Office Assistant

I have been working as the office assistant at Martin Luther since April 2017. I previously worked as a child care teacher for three years and a private nanny for two years. I grew up in McFarland, WI and currently reside in the greater Madison area. In my spare time, I babysit for many of the wonderful families I have met through my childcare experiences. I enjoy quilting with my Grandma and spending time with my family and friends. I am proud to be working alongside the amazing and welcoming administrators and staff here at Martin Luther!
